Translation of thyroid in Spanish

I will built a function that will do all lowercase but meanwhile, I would be happy if it could be rewritten to lower case... Is it possible for you? They should all be lowercase, I did it inadvertently.
The conjugations of verbs are the biggest problem for me. I have never studied Spanish in school, but visited evening classes instead. This year I want to take a full Spanish course.
